EAR EXPORT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Location:    Illinois (Full Relocation Provided)

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Manage export compliance relating to the EAR regulations
-Develop and conduct internal audits
-Make license determinations and prepare export licenses as necessary
-Monitor exports subject to licensure including deemed exports
-Improve and implement export controls throughout the organization
-Communicate regulation changes that affect business processes
-Develop an export compliance training program for U.S. and foreign parties
-Advise company on EAR compliance issues
 -Provide ECCN classification of products for export

Skills/Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
-Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
-Experience in BIS EAR and export licensing requirements
-History of implanting trade compliance policies and procedures
-Basic understanding of ITAR and OFAC requirements
-Experience with SAP system desired
-Ability to travel
