ITAR COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Location:    Illinois (Full Relocation Provided)

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Lead ITAR and export compliance program for the company’s US and foreign affiliates
-Advise both foreign and domestic entities on ITAR compliance regulations 
-Draft and submit ITAR licenses, MLA’s and TAA’s
-Develop internal controls and audit processes for compliance as well as conduct audits
-Provide training program for ITAR, EAR, OFAC  including export licensing requirements
-Communicate regulation changes that affect business processes to company associates
-Make commodity jurisdiction determinations, provide ECCN classifications
-Review government and military contracts to determine ITAR applicability
-Monitor re-exports for ITAR applicability
-Manage the deemed export controls program
           
Skills/Qualifications:
-Expertise with U.S. Export Administration Regulations, ITAR and OFAC regulations
-Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
-Experience in ITAR and export licensing requirements
-Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
-Experience with SAP system desired
-Ability to travel
