Global Finance Methods - IIEI-302B
Course Description: This six-week online course introduces the student to international finance. It builds a strong foundation of understanding of the principles of sound international financial management. It explores finance issues related to globalization and the multi-national firm, the international monetary system, balance of payments, the foreign exchange market, foreign exchange rates and transaction risk exposure, international banking and the international transactions. The focus of this course is helping the student to understand the relationships and practical application of international finance as it relates to international trade.
Prerequisite: Business Accounting Concepts (IIEI- 230) or one year of equivalent business experience.
Course Credit: 3 Credit Hours
