General School Information

The International Import-Export Institute bases its school year on the Semester credit hour system. There are two Semesters and a Summer term each year. (See school catalog for specific dates for each year.) Within each semester and summer term, classes are structured so that a student can attend year-round. Most courses are six weeks in length and taken one at a time sequentially during the semester, ending one and starting another immediately. Therefore, following this calendar, generally students who are enrolled in the degree program and concerned with financial aid, take three courses each semester and two during the Summer term.
