Transferring Prior Credits and Coursework

Students are encouraged to discuss credit transfer opportunities with their counselor as a money- and time-saving way to earn their degree. IIEI can transfer in a maximum of 62 semester credits for general education credit, and up to an additional 9 semester hours in course waivers.

New to college but not the business world? IIEI believes your experience is valuable, and will accept military, government, and corporate-level training for transfer credit. National placement testing from College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) and CLEP Programs are also accepted.
